Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Increlo Inc., which publishes games as Pixel Wonder ("we", "us"). They apply to our games, their online service and this website. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Playing our games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play our games on your own devices for fun. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse-engineer them, or use them in any way the app store you got them from doesn't allow. The app store's own terms also apply.

2. Play fair

Don't cheat, use bots, change the game or its traffic, or exploit bugs to get progress, items or milestones. Our servers check milestones; ones that don't hold up are rejected, and we may reverse rewards gained unfairly, or suspend an account that keeps trying.

3. Purchases and virtual items

4. Ads

Our games show ads, including videos you can choose to watch for a reward. Rewards for a video come from the game itself, not from the advertiser.

5. Partner offers

Third-party sites (such as Cointiply) may offer their members rewards for reaching milestones in our games. Those offers are run by the partner under its own terms: the partner decides the rewards, who qualifies and when they are paid, and we have no control over them. Linking a partner account is optional and never needed to play. We report to the partner only milestones our servers have verified, and we may reverse a milestone later found to be invalid. Our games never pay you money or anything of cash value.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving our games, so features, levels and balance change. We try to keep the games running, but they may be unavailable at times, and we may end a game. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the game; continuing to play means you accept the new terms.

7. No warranty

The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything to do with our games is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Support). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Alberta. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place you live, and may bring a claim there.
