Purchases

I bought something and don't have it

Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it still isn't there, email us with the order ID from your Google Play or App Store receipt.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow their rules: request one from Google Play or Apple. A refunded item is removed from your game.

Ads

Rewarded videos play only when you tap to watch one. Settings → Remove ads removes the ads between levels with a one-time purchase. Where consent is required, Settings → Privacy choices changes your ad consent at any time.

Partner sites

If a partner site (such as Cointiply) offers rewards for playing our games, the offer, its rewards and its rules are the partner's. To link, follow the partner's link or use Settings → Connect a partner → Get code and enter the code on the partner's site. Only milestones our servers have verified count, and they can take a few minutes to arrive. For a missing reward, contact the partner first; they can ask us to check.

Delete your data

You can delete a game account and everything we keep for it at any time (see our privacy policy).

In the game (fastest)

Open Settings and tap Your data → Delete, then Delete everything. It deletes your game account, its milestones and any partner link on our servers straight away, then your progress on the phone, and the game starts fresh.

By email

• If you can't use the game (for example, you uninstalled it), email privacy@pixelwonder.io with the subject "Delete my game data", the game's name, and your Player ID (in the game's Settings) if you have it.
• We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

We keep only what tax or accounting law requires, such as a record of a purchase. Deleting your data does not uninstall the game or refund purchases; things you bought to keep, like Remove ads, come back with Restore purchases.
