Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

The short version: you don't sign up or give us your name or email to play. Each game knows you by a random ID made on your phone. We keep your game progress and milestones so the game works and so partner offers can be checked fairly. Ads are served by Google, with a consent choice where the law requires one. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we are

Pixel Wonder is a game studio of Increlo Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy covers our mobile games, starting with Tincture, the game service they use (api.pixelwonder.io), and this website. Increlo Inc. is responsible for the personal data described here, under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and the other laws that apply where you live.

What we collect

When you play

WhatDetails
A random install IDMade on your device the first time you open a game. We use it to give that install a game account. It is not your name, email, phone number or advertising ID.
Game accountAn account ID we create for the install, with your platform (Android or iOS), the app version, and when you were first and last seen.
Gameplay eventsMilestones such as levels reached, chapters cleared, stars and daily puzzles, with the time they happened, and the days you played.
Gameplay records for checkingFor some milestones the game sends a short record of how you played (in Tincture, the list of pours for a level) so we can check the milestone is genuine.
Approximate countryOur hosting provider tells us the country your connection comes from. We store the country, not your IP address.
Ad and purchase recordsWhen an ad is shown: its type, where in the game, and its estimated value. When you buy something: the product, the order ID, the price and currency, and the store's purchase token. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card or payment details.

Your saved progress itself (levels, stars, settings) is stored on your device. The game reads your device's model and system version to run, but does not send them to us.

If you link a partner account

Some partner sites (for example Cointiply) let their members link a game to their account there, by a link or a short code. Linking is optional and is never needed to play. If you link, we store the partner's ID for you and the link details, and we send that partner your verified game milestones (for example "reached level 30") with their ID for you. We never send a partner your install ID, device details, gameplay records, or any purchase or ad amounts.

If you contact us

Your email address and what you write, so we can answer you.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location to play, and our games include no third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools. This website sets no cookies and loads no trackers.

How we use it

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running the game you chose to play), our legitimate interests (checking milestones, preventing fraud, improving the games, measuring revenue), and your consent where the law requires it (personalised ads).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data.

Our service runs in the United States. If you play from elsewhere, your data is processed there, with safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where they are required.

Ads and your choices

Our free games show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address and approximate location, device information, and how you interact with ads, and use them to show and measure ads, as described in Google's policy.

How long we keep it

Uninstalling a game deletes the progress saved on your device and its install ID.

Your rights and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. To delete everything a game keeps about you, open the game's Settings and tap Your data → Delete: it deletes your game account and its events, gameplay records and partner links on our servers straight away, then your progress on the phone. If you can't use the game (for example, you uninstalled it), see our support page. We keep only what tax or accounting law requires (for example, a record of a purchase), with nothing left that leads back to you. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; if you live in the EU or UK, to your data protection authority; and residents of some US states (such as California) have similar rights, which we honour the same way.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has used our games, contact us and we will delete the data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell you in the game when a change matters.
